Full payment is required in advance for all procedures. When payment is received in full we will contact you to schedule your procedure. We accept several different forms of payment for your convenience:

- Cash
- Cashiers check
- All major credit cards
- Personal checks (accepted a minimum of two weeks in advance of a scheduled procedure)

Dr. Rubinstein offers in-office financing, allowing patients to make payments as they are able. There is no interest for this payment plan. Simply make payments whenever you can and pay whatever you can. Once the procedure is paid in full it can be scheduled.

Dr. Rubinstein accepts all insurance plans but does not participate in any plans. All procedures covered by insurance are performed as an out of network provider. As a courtesy to our patients we are happy to prepare and submit claims on your behalf.
