Insurance and Financing

Our policies regarding health insurance and financing

Full payment is required in advance for all procedures. Cashiers check, cash and all major credit cards are accepted. Personal checks will be accepted well in advance of a scheduled procedure (a minimum of two weeks). Financing is available through a variety of lenders. We will gladly assist you with the application process. Alternatively, interest-free payments may be made in amounts that are comfortable for you in advance of your procedure. When payment is received in full we will contact you to schedule your procedure. Dr. Rubinstein accepts all insurance plans but does not participate in any plans. All procedures covered by insurance are performed as an out of network provider. As a courtesy to our patients we are happy to prepare and submit claims on your behalf.
