Benefits of Latisse®

Latisse® has many benefits as an easy at-home regimen:
  • Experience results within a few weeks.
  • Grow thicker, longer lashes.
  • Have the results you want with only one easy application per day.

What Is the Procedure for Latisse®?

The first step is a consultation with Dr. Rubinstein. After an evaluation, he will give you information about the benefits and side effects of the products. Once he determines that you’re an appropriate candidate for Latisse®, Dr. Rubinstein will write a prescription for Latisse® and provide instructions on the application of the product. The application procedure for Latisse® is simple. For maximum convenience, most people like to apply it at bedtime to incorporate it into their evening skin-care routine. Here are steps for applying Latisse® at home.
  1. Wash your face thoroughly, and dry with a clean, dry cloth.
  2. Place a single drop of Latisse® onto the application brush, holding the applicator brush horizontally.
  3. Just as you would apply eyeliner, apply Latisse®, slowly moving the applicator brush from the inside of the upper eyelid.
  4. Dab away the excess Latisse® with a cotton ball or soft cloth.
Although Latisse® is designed for home application, it’s important to remember that it’s a prescription product and should be used as directed. Latisse® should not be applied to the lower eyelid or lashes. Avoid getting Latisse® in your eyes. The effectiveness of Latisse® depends upon your applying it consistently and following the instructions. Contact Dr. Rubinstein with any questions, concerns or problems related to your Latisse® regimen. (Although you will have the thick, dark, long eyelashes with a convenient once-a-day treatment, Latisse® is not a permanent solution. Your lashes will return to their natural state if you stop using the product.)

How Much Does Latisse® Cost?

Most health insurance providers will not provide coverage for the costs of Latisse® therapy. To make your procedure more affordable, Dr. Rubinstein proudly offers financing options for all of his patients. His office also accepts cash, personal checks, and credit cards. If you are not satisfied with how your eyelashes look, it might be appropriate for you to consider using Latisse®.
