Thank you for choosing to visit with Dr. Rubinstein to discuss your plastic surgery procedures. The office staff work very hard to ensure an enjoyable visit for every patient. The moment you walk through the door you will be greeted and guided to the well appointed waiting room where you can complete your registration forms in comfort. If you prefer, these forms can be completed online prior to your visit to save time in the office. RegistrationYou may download our registration forms and print them out ahead of time to save a little time in the waiting room. Your Plastic Surgery ConsultationWhen ready, you will be escorted to Dr. Rubinstein's private office where your interests and concerns will be discussed in detail. Dr. Rubinstein spends one hour with every new patient to ensure that all of your questions are addressed. During your visit you will be given a tour of our state of the art facilities including our two operating rooms which are certified for the use of general anesthesia. When your visit is completed you will be given a customized information packet to review in the comfort of your home. Our Policies Regarding Health Insurance and FinancingFull payment is required in advance for all procedures. Cashiers check, cash and all major credit cards are accepted. Personal checks will be accepted well in advance of a scheduled procedure (a minimum of two weeks). Financing is available through a variety of lenders. We will gladly assist you with the application process. Alternatively, interest-free payments may be made in amounts that are comfortable for you in advance of your procedure. When payment is received in full we will contact you to schedule your procedure. Dr. Rubinstein accepts all insurance plans but does not participate in any plans. All procedures covered by insurance are performed as an out of network provider. As a courtesy to our patients we are happy to prepare and submit claims on your behalf. |
